Rental Terms

Liability: Lakeside Ice Condos accepts no liability for any loss or damage to personal property or personal injury of any kind whatsoever, whether in transit or during the use of any bungalow or Lakeside Ice Condos facility. All activities are subject to weather conditions.

Damages: You are responsible for any broken, lost, or damaged inventory items. An additional charge will be applied for any excessively unclean bungalows resulting from neglect or irresponsible activity in or around the ice condos.

Ice Condition Cancellation Terms: If we need to cancel your booking due to unsafe ice conditions, we will make every effort to rebook your visit for an alternative date.

Fishing License: All guests must adhere to fishing regulations and catch limits as set by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) for Lake Nipissing.
